To all of our valued clients, future clients, and friends within the Facilities Maintenance Industry, Back in 2013, I started CarePro National Painting with zero clients, but with a vision of creating a commercial painting firm that would one day be the leader in its field by providing superior customer service, project quality, and professionalism in everything we do. After almost 11 years, I am beyond proud of how far we have come and of the many client partnerships we have forged along the way. We realize every day that without these partnerships, nothing is possible, and we are eternally grateful for the trust you continue to bestow on us daily. These relationships have enabled our company to grow continuously each year and has most certainly gotten us to where we are today. From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank you for that.

As can be imagined, with growth comes many challenges. Not to mention the fact that the facilities maintenance industry has continued to change around us, year after year. While I feel we have always risen to meet such challenges, over time I realized that for our team to continue to reach new heights each year, we would need to develop a strategic growth plan to help get us there. This plan would include the possibility of partnering with a reputable leader within our industry who has the foundation and the resources to enable us to go as far as we know we can. As fate would have it, such a leading company existed and contacted me last year. They were seeking a partnership with a reputable commercial painting company with high standards and a proven track record of success to add to their already impressive portfolio of facilities maintenance brands. The stars aligned perfectly for both companies and at the most perfect time.

After a year of discussions and meetings, Kept Companies, Inc. recently acquired CarePro National Painting. Kept Companies, Inc., based in Fairfield, NJ for over 50 years, has continuously provided leading national brands with a catalogue of national self-performing facilities services such as pressure washing, hood cleaning, lot striping, shopping cart services, window cleaning, HVAC, solar panel cleaning, sanitizing, and much more. This merger brings together several, well-respected brands whose complementary culture, values, and service level will benefit our clients and team members for many years to come. Life as we and our customers know it at CarePro will not change. Our valued clients will still receive the same quality, communication, and execution that has been the cornerstone of our success from day one. My role as company President, the entire CarePro staff, our TN offices, and our high level of customer service will all remain unchanged.
