What kind of prep work and cleanup do you include in your scope?

Proper preparation and cleanup are essential to delivering a high-quality, long-lasting painting project; we never cut corners on either. Prep Work: Our standard scope includes all necessary surface preparation: sanding, patching minor wall damage, caulking cracks, masking off adjacent surfaces, protecting flooring and fixtures, and applying primer where needed. Cleanup: Once the job is complete, we handle full site cleanup. That includes removing all masking materials, drop cloths, debris, and equipment. We make sure the site is left clean, safe, and ready to use. We treat every space with care and respect, as if it were our own, and always aim to leave it in a much better condition than we found it.

Does your team require asite visit before quoting, or can you price based on specs, written SOW, photos?

We are flexible and can quote projects in a few different ways, depending on what’s available. If you have a detailed scope of work, site photos, and square footage, we can often provide a preliminary quote remotely, especially for standard repaints or repeat scopes across multiple locations. For more complex projects, like extensive prep work, height access, or specialty coatings, we may recommend a site visit to ensure accuracy and avoid surprises. Either way, our goal is to provide fast, accurate pricing with as little disruption to your team as possible. And if a site visit is needed, we schedule it quickly and handle all coordination.
